  We get calls about pricing all the time and there are many factors to consider when pricing, size being and condition being the main ones.  This is followed by the type of surface an if treatments are needed like with lichen removal… do the drains need clearing? Are there leaves and other dirt to remove?, Is there furniture and pots that need to be moved?, Is there sufficient runoff? Is the drive sloping toward the house? access, parking, congestion charge, etc… so there are lots of things to account for.

As a rough guide Our pricing can range from between £3 and £7 per SQM and in extremely rare circumstances it can go up to £10 per sqm. on average it work out to be £3.5 per for block pacers and natural stone cheaper for concrete

Examples :

• The average 3 bed house with a brick paved driveway that holds 2/3 cars you would be looking at £3.5/£4 per sqm including resanding on average.
• For very large houses this can come down to as little as £2 /2.50 this would be driveways of in excess of 400 meters +
• Basements are charged at £160 as they are tricky and prone to flooding

Discounts and Payments

Discounts are available if you clean your patio and driveway as part of the same booking saving 15%.  Also, we do not add vat to our prices so the price we quote is all you need to pay. our electronic payment gateway is provided by Paypal so you know it is secure and safe

All cost and payments are agreed in advance and will not change unless the area has been miss calculated by the client or unless the client adds something to the job. additional works will be costed and agreed in advance. an email or text message can be sent as confirmation of additional cost.

We only take payments on completion of the work and in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with something we will come back and fix it for free.

You pay only pay one the job is complete unless you require special sealant or chemicals.

We take card payments.  Payments are secured via PayPal or online invoice all payments must be completed on completion of the job or with in 24 hours.

*** We no longer offer a sealing service for paving over the winter or spring. We’re busy lads and have many bookings. We simply cannot gamble with the weather hoping for a dry sunny day to get back and apply the sealants. We’ve moved bookings around in the past, thus upsetting people. Making promises when to come back then that day becomes the perfect day and you have to let the customer down again. Also equally we’ve used many brands, the best, without doubt, is Resiblock. It’s expensive and when applied properly can last a long time. People always wanted the cheaper option, the cheaper brands. They simply don’t last as long as they should do. Roll them on, spray them on, they will still fail in a few month and weeds will break through the joints. 

• Patios, Decking, Paths and Garden Walls– From £80. Take a look at our pages. Note: We don’t attack your decking with high pressure. We use a soft wash approach.
• Roof Cleaning – From £500 – Includes; Full power wash or soft wash & clearing of gutters and downspouts. Note: We use fall restraint rope access equipment for health & safety.
• Gutter Vacuum Cleaning – From £30. Please call or email with details.

Additional chemicals and treatments with being costed as requested by the client.

Additional Note: Our machines are industrial and regarded as some of the best and most effective on the market. Our cleaning tools are too without a doubt. When you have the best and most reliable equipment, work is carried out swiftly and efficiently. This helps us bring prices down as we don’t ‘dilly dally’ on the job. For smaller residential jobs we may use more nimble equipment that will allow us to keep the cost downing while allowing us to get into all the areas needed.

  • We clean roofs safely with fall restraint rope access equipment and scaffolding where possible.
  • We won’t drag our hoses over your lawns and flowers beds.
  • We won’t allow you to move the plant pots, tables and chairs prior to our arrival. We’ll do it!
